70 Taka Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 70 Taka platform ("we", "70 Taka") and our users ("you", "Member"). These Terms apply to 70 Taka's website, mobile app, and all associated services.

The following are definitions of key terms used throughout these Terms:

• Platform: The 70 Taka website (70taka.app) and mobile application.
• Member: Any person who has registered an account on 70 Taka and is actively using the platform.
• Bet: A wager placed with a fixed amount on the outcome of an event.
• Odds: A multiplier or rate set based on the probability of a specific outcome.
• Wallet: The virtual balance held in a member's account.
• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• KYC: Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential. You must not allow any other person to access your account. 70 Taka accepts no liability for any loss arising from unauthorized third-party use of your account.

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on 70 Taka. 70 Taka reserves the right to void winnings in the event of any breach of these betting rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Bets must be placed before an event begins. Live betting markets also allow bets to be placed while the event is in progress.
• 70 Taka reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, staked funds are generally refunded, though exceptions may apply depending on the specific market's terms.
• If evidence of match-fixing or manipulation is found, the outcome of the relevant bet will be voided.
• Minimum bet: ৳10. Maximum bet: varies by market and event.

All odds on 70 Taka are set based on Bangladesh market analysis and are subject to change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 70 Taka. We support transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200. Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000.
• Deposits are generally credited to your wallet instantly.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10–30 minutes. During peak times, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number used to make the deposit.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% on your first deposit, capped at ৳5,000. Wagering requirement: 8x (deposit + bonus).
• Weekly Cashback: 5%–10% of net losses, automatically credited every Monday.
• Reload Bonus: Extra bonus on qualifying deposits on selected days.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a reward.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering must be completed first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Bonus validity is typically 30 days from the date of issue. If the wagering requirement is not met within the given timeframe, the bonus balance will be automatically forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 70 Taka platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended or permanently closed, and associated funds may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual.
• Registering an account using a false identity or fabricated information.
• Attempting to profit by abusing the bonus system.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hacking, phishing, or any attempt to breach platform security.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

70 Taka may investigate and suspend any suspicious account at any time without prior notice. Withdrawals may be temporarily restricted during an ongoing investigation.

70 Taka firmly believes that betting is a form of entertainment — not a means of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly, and to support this, we provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for your account.
• Loss Limit: Option to automatically stop betting once a specified loss limit is reached.
• Break Mode: Temporarily suspending your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.

• Suspicious financial activity or fraudulent behavior.

Members may request account closure at any time. All pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance refunded before closure, unless there are grounds for forfeiture.

If you have any concerns or complaints, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently:

• Step 1: Submit complaints via email or Live Chat. An initial response will be provided within 48 hours.

70 Taka will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses beyond direct damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability will in no event exceed the member's actual deposits during the relevant period.
